Sewing Days:

The upstairs classroom area is available for groups to use (at no cost) for sewing get-togethers either during the week or on weekends. Five large tables can accommodate 8 - 10 ladies with sewing machines, or 10 - 14 with hand stitching projects. The facilities include:

Power leads and power boards,

2 irons and ironing boards,

Large lightbox,

Cutting mat, rulers and cutter,

Quilt stretching frame (in an adjoining room),

Spare Janome sewing machine,

Reverse cycle air conditioner / heater,

Urn with tea / coffee / milk is supplied at no charge.

Light luncheons / morning / afternoon teas are available but must be confirmed upon booking the room (cost applies). Otherwise you are most welcome to bring your own food.

Local accommodation is available – Timboon (15 minutes); Port Campbell (20 minutes); Cobden (20 minutes); Colac (35minutes).

Other local attractions include Apostle Whey Cheese, Newtons Ridge Winery and B&B, and G.O.R.G.E Chocolates
