PAYMENT OPTIONS :The option of paying for your purchases by Paypal is offered when checking out. If you would prefer to pay by credit card please contact me directly. Over payment for goods not in stock or for postage (see below POSTAGE) will be refunded via Paypal.
POSTAGE :
We select the most cost effective way of shipping your order to you using Australia Post. Whenever possible, your order will be packed flat and posted as a large letter. Other orders will be sent as parcels. It is difficult to accurately calculate postage and handling charges, so any over payment will be refunded via Paypal.
We ship all orders in good faith and do not take responsibility for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :
Overseas shipments can sometimes take additional time so please be patient. We are not responsible for any additional import/customs fees or taxes, customs duties, import tax, handling fees, etc. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms.
GST :
Prices on our website include a Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10% .
BLOCK OF THE MONTHS & MONTHLY CLUB PROGRAMS :
When you subscribe to a Block of the Month or Monthly Club you make a commitment to purchase the number of months specified for the term of the program. The first payment will be made using Paypal, but subsequent monthly payments will be made using a credit card, for the relevant amount plus a postage & handling fee. Please seriously consider the commitment you make when signing up for any club. Cancellations will only be accepted in very special circumstances, and we reserve the right to debit one months fee to your credit card as a cancellation payment.
RETURNS :
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, so please read all descriptions carefully.
However you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
If the problem is not major, we will work with you to come to an agreed outcome. If no agreement is reached in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement (if available).
Please remember:
- Proof of purchase is required eg. your receipt
- Fabrics that have been washed, cut, or altered in any way are not returnable
- We do not take back books or patterns due to copyright laws.
Each computer displays colours differently and we've done our best to represent the colour accurately. If colour is a concern, please request a sample, by contacting us prior to purchase.
If we made a mistake in your order, we will make it right! We want you to be happy with your purchase.
