Happy Scrappy Backgrounds pattern is by Gail Pan Designs. The pattern includes instructions on how to use up your low volume (light) fabrics to make backgrounds for your projects. There are 5 patterns included, a quilt, a zipper pouch, 2 drawstring bags and a tablerunner. Of course there are lots of other things you can make too. Some templates for appliqué and designs for embroidery are also included (but not all that are featured on the quilt). You can use any other designs from any of Gail's other patterns or books. It’s up to you!
